“Jesus” Takes Merit Award at Atlanta Artists Center National

I am proud to announce that “Jesus” won a Merit Award at the Atlanta Artists Center 7th Annual National Juried Exhibition. This is a very hard exhibit to get accepted into, even harder to win an award. It was in very good company, as there was a ton of excellent work in this exhibit. The crowd was amazing, standing room only and nowhere to move. Thanks to the Atlanta Artists Center for a great exhibit.

I found this in an old abandoned golf pro shop, go figure. I guess she thought he was spending too much time on the course. Then bam!! No seriously, who knows about this one. Hope you enjoy!!

“Light”

I shot this image yesterday while just riding around in the cool early morning air. I had photographed the outside of this building last year, but didn’t go inside. The inside was not real interesting except for the light. I have a few more to post down the road. I really liked the hole in the door, not sure what its purpose was, but made for interesting light.
