“Last Exit” exhibit opens at Zucot Gallery in September. The opening reception is September 10, 2010, 6-10 PM. The gallery is located at 100 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, Atlanta, GA, just south of Phillips Arena. This will be my first solo show in Atlanta and would greatly appreciate any and all support you could give me. I am very excited about this opportunity to show my work. The exhibit will consist of my abandoned interiors and also my fringe people photos. It should be a great show, so I hope to see as many of you as possible on September 10th.

The exhibit will run September 1 – October 30, 2010, the gallery hours are Tuesday – Friday 3-9 PM, Saturday 12-7 PM, Sunday and Monday by appointment.

“No Parking” was taken in McCaysville, GA last Saturday also. Fog, drizzle and the mirrored walls of the American Diner helped to make this a strange and unique image. I photographed here last year also, but it was still in operation and had bright red tables in front of this wall. That would have been a distraction for this image. Anyway strange, weird whatever, I really like this image and hope you do.

A beautiful scenic shot from McCaysville, GA on a gooey, damp and foggy morning. I took this photograph last Saturday morning and believe it or not it was 62 degrees, what a beautiful morning indeed. I have been by this place before and photographed it before. The last time I really didn’t get what I wanted, this is closer but still not what I was looking for. I really like the look of this photo and it tells the story I was after, but there is still something missing. Maybe a little stronger fog would have helped. I will be back up here in about 3 weeks and will probably try again. Hope you enjoy!!
